SIS System-S7-300F Fault Safety System Module, also known as Siemens S7-300F Fault Safety PLC Module. With the increasing demand for safety in various industries, especially the chemical industry, ordinary Siemens PLC systems cannot meet all requirements. This requires the use of higher safety Siemens PLCs, namely fail safe PLCs, which consist of a series of fail safe modules to form a safety meter system. The S7-300F series fail safe CPUs have passed TUV safety certification and SIL3 level certification. In addition, the IO module of the S7-300F series has also passed TUV certification.

The basic principle of the Siemens S7-300F series I/O signal module is A/D and D/A conversion, which converts digital signals into analog signals for output or converts analog signals into digital signals for input. The core of all IO modules is the AD and DA conversion chip, as well as the communication chip and CPU communication.

The SITOP PSE202U redundant module is the best expansion module for all 24V power supplies, ensuring additional protection against 24V power failures. This redundant module can continuously monitor the power supply, and in the event of a power failure, other power supplies will automatically take over the 24V power supply. In addition, a signal will be sent through a signal contact, which can be analyzed by the controller, PC, or control system.
The SITOP PSE202U has two power level modules, which can adjust the alarm relay action threshold through a total current of 10A and 40A respectively, with a range of 20... 25 V DC. It solves the problem of power supply failure and is the same DIN rail installation type as the SITOP module. It is simple, convenient, safe and reliable. The green LED and independent relay contacts are used for power supply status monitoring. The redundant module separates two 24V power supplies of the same type, so that in the event of a fault in one of the two power supplies, the load can still be powered by the second power supply (1+1 redundancy). Redundant modules support parallel switching of power supplies of the same type to improve performance, while providing redundancy (N+1 redundancy). NEC Class 2 redundant modules can be used to achieve redundant 24V power supply, with an output power limit of 100VA.
